A yummy and easy to make apple crisp! You can use Splenda sugar in this one – it tastes just as good. It can be made with whatever type of apple you prefer, though I like Granny Smith to make it a little tart.

Easy apple crisp can be made sugar free by using Splenda
Ingredients
- 6 Apples, cut into slices or cubes
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, divided ((can also use Splenda Brown Sugar))
- 3 tablespoons Butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal or Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Cinnamon

- Pecans or Walnuts
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup brown sugar in medium baking dish. Toss to coat apples. | |

| In small mixing bowl combine flour and butter. Mix until it crumbles. Add oatmeal and brown sugar. Toss, rubbing together to crumble. | |

| Sprinkle over top of the apples, using a spoon to push in between apple slices. | |

| Bake at 400 for 30 - 40 minutes until bubbly and crumb topping browns. | |
