My 2 1/2 year old is newly potty trained and while I am loving not having to change diapers, I do not love having to take her into dirty public restrooms. If yo have kids you know what I mean – you’re not out of the house for 5 minutes and you hear “Mommy, I have to potty”. You scramble to the nearest restroom and pray that your child doesn’t touch anything in that restroom! Of course the kids want to touch everything and just don’t understand all the germs lurking around.
I was so excited to have the opportunity to try Potty Covers. PottyCover makes disposable toilet seat covers for children that covers both the sides and the front of the toilet to keep away germs when using public restrooms. They are made of non-woven fabric coated with a layer of plastic that creates a waterproof barrier between the toilet and the child. Each cover is individually packaged in a small, easy to open bag that makes it super easy to always keep one or two in your purse.
They really were as easy to use as they claim. Simply open the package, unfold, and place over the toilet. No worries about kids legs, hands, etc touching any part of the toilet. It stayed in place nicely and once my daughter was done, we just had to pull it off and throw it away! I particularly like these for traveling – no more having to use those nasty rest stop bathrooms.
PottyCover has generously offered to send one lucky reader some Potty Covers to try out for themselves. It’s easy to enter – just use the Rafflecopter form below. Giveaway will end on June 1. GOOD LUCK!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
