Have you all been enjoying your summer? Have you takea a vacation, spent time at the pool, or just enjoyed the beautiful weather outdoors? It seems that no matter where we go these days technology is always with us, making it all too easy to keep checking email, deals, etc.

My family will be going on vacation this week. I’ll be taking my computer, and of course I don’t go anywhere with out my iPhone but I’m really hoping to avoid both as much as possible. I realize that means I won’t be posting as many deals for you. I realize that means I myself may miss some hot coupons or offers. And you know what, I’m ok with that! Don’t get me wrong, I love this blog and I love being able to help you all save money but it’s a 24-7 job for me. On top of my 24-7 job of being a mom and wife. This is a 1-woman show - I don’t have anyone helping behind the scenes. Each deal is found by me, checked out by me, and posted by me. This takes a LOT of time and often means I have to take time away from my family. That said this vacation will be about time with my family, ONLY time with my family. I know, I know – it will be bad for my numbers, bad for my business, etc. But it will be good for me and my family. It’s only a week… next week I will be back to dilligently posting all the latest and greatest for you.

Don’t worry, I’m not leaving you 100%. I have some posts scheduled for you guys, and if I happen to see a super hot deal or coupon I will do my best to post it for you. But don’t expect too much of me Maybe use this as a time to take a break for you too! We are all so wired into technology I’m guessing I’m not the only one who starts sweating and shaking if I haven’t checked my email in more that 15 minutes. What do you plan to take a break from?
